Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join their leadership team and guide the organization through continued growth. This role is highly visible, strategic, and hands-on-ideal for someone who excels at building systems, influencing leaders, and strengthening workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a manufacturing industry background and 7+ years of progressive experience and 3+ years of people leadership within the HR department.About the Role
The Senior HR Manager will partner closely with executive leadership to shape company-wide people strategies, oversee core HR functions, and support employees across multiple sites. This position plays a central role in developing talent, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and ensuring compliance in a diversified, multi-state environment.
This role is 100% onsite in Grapevine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruiting, retention, and succession planning efforts.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and multi-state payroll compliance.
- Manage employee relations, investigations, and policy development.
- Support leadership development, training, and annual talent reviews.
- Advance DEI efforts and maintain strong community partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws across all locations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- Significant HR leadership experience, ideally at a senior or director level.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compensation, benefits, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments is a plus.
- Ability to travel periodically to other company locations.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decisions, and lead change.
