About the Role
As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and employees across key business areas to align people strategies with business goals and support initiatives that enhance employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and overall business performance.
You will serve as a trusted HR advisor, collaborating across HR functions to develop and continuously improve people programs while influencing leaders and driving meaningful business impact. We’re looking for a proactive, adaptable, and strategic HR professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about supporting high-performing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business priorities and organizational goals
- Provide HR guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, coaching, career development, and compliance best practices
- Lead talent management, workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives that support business transformation and workplace culture
- Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, and Labor Relations teams to deliver integrated people solutions
- Facilitate talent discussions, people reviews, and strategic HR initiatives through presentations, communications, and stakeholder engagement
- Build strong relationships across the organization and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years of HR experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or 6+ years of experience without a degree.
- Proven experience leading HR teams and serving as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader within complex, highly regulated industries such as energy, utilities, nuclear, oil & gas, or power generation.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR compliance, labor practices, and performance management.
- Experience partnering with leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to analyze HR and workforce data, align HR strategies to business goals, and drive business outcomes.
- Experience managing HR projects and leveraging HR systems, analytics, AI-enabled tools, and continuous improvement practices to improve effectiveness.
