About the Role: The Radiologic Technologist plays a critical role in the healthcare team by performing diagnostic imaging examinations that assist physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. This position requires proficiency in operating various radiologic equipment to capture high-quality images while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The technologist will work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to varied schedules and locations to meet patient and departmental needs. They must maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and regulatory standards to minimize exposure risks. Ultimately, the role contributes directly to patient care by providing accurate imaging that supports effective clinical decision-making. Minimum Qualifications: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current certification and licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the United States (ARRT certification preferred). Demonstrated knowledge of radiologic procedures, anatomy, and radiation safety principles. Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members. Physical ability to assist patients and operate imaging equipment safely. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in multiple clinical settings or varied locations. Additional certifications such as CT, MRI, or other advanced imaging modalities. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and radiology information systems (RIS). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Bilingual language skills to enhance patient communication.
