Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift
We are seeking a Production Line Lead to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate production line associates.
• Ensure production schedules and productivity goals are met.
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, SQF, and company quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Monitor production equipment and notify maintenance of any issues.
• Verify packaging materials, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product accuracy.
• Assist with machine setup and startup procedures.
• Load, unload, palletize, and package finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain excellent housekeeping practices.
• Train new employees on production processes and safety expectations.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve production issues

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in a food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environment
• Previous experience working under Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Leadership or team lead experience
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Quality Control experience (Preferred)
• Additional education in Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, and lift
• Regularly lift 25-50 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
