About the Role
As the Human Resources Business Partner Manager, you will serve as a strategic HR leader and trusted advisor to leaders up to VP/GM level, helping shape talent strategies, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and change initiatives that drive business success. Leveraging your HR Business Partner expertise, you will deliver data-driven, people-focused solutions, influence key business decisions, and partner across the organization to create impactful employee experiences. What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders to support talent initiatives, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Provide HR guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, career development, disciplinary actions, and HR policy interpretation.
- Analyze workforce trends and HR data to deliver insights, recommendations, and business-focused solutions.
- Support compliance, labor relations, and change management initiatives in partnership with Legal, HR teams, and business leaders.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders to support strategic HR initiatives and employee experience programs.
- Facilitate workforce planning, succession planning, organizational restructures, and training initiatives.
- Develop presentations, communications, and recommendations related to HR and people programs.
- Mentor and support junior HR Business Partner team members while helping drive collaboration and continuity across the HRBP function.
- Lead HR-related projects and initiatives to support operational effectiveness and business objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of HR or related experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field (7+ years preferred), or 8+ years of related HR experience without a degree.
- Proven experience leading HR teams and serving as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader within complex, highly regulated industries such as energy, utilities, nuclear, oil & gas, or power generation.
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience aligning HR strategies to business objectives, analyzing workforce data, and driving business outcomes.
- Advanced experience in change management frameworks, organizational transformation, and leading complex cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Experience supporting employee relations, compliance, HR policy interpretation, talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
