Choose from weekday, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. We work to match caregivers with consistent client schedules based on availability and client needs. Flexible weekday, evening, weekend, and overnight schedules Opportunity for consistent hours with recurring clients 24/7 support from our care team Fast follow-up for qualified applicants during business hours Mobile app for schedules, client updates, and earnings information What you’ll do Provide one-on-one care in clients’ homes Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care Support clients with safe mobility and transfers Prepare meals and complete light housekeeping Provide companionship and help clients stay safe and independent at home Caregiver requirements At least 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience , excluding family caregiving, OR an active CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN credential Availability for at least two recurring shifts each week with the same client or clients Comfort providing hands-on personal care Ability to assist with transfers Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills Ability to complete required compliance, registration, and licensing steps Transportation A driver’s license and reliable transportation are not required, but they may provide access to more client opportunities across Sonoma County.
