Human Resources Administrator- ANZ (0.8 FTE)
Unlock an exciting opportunity to join our Colleague Resources Shared Services (CRSS) team as a Human Resources Administrator, where you'll play a key role as the first point of contact for HR support across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who is driven, proactive, and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in building strong HR foundations while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You'll be part of a global HR community, supporting day-to-day operations while also identifying opportunities to improve how we work. Importantly, this role offers exposure to a broad range of HR activities and stakeholders, providing a strong platform for career growth and progression within HR. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals, build your capability across core HR functions, and develop the skills needed to take the next step in your HR career.
What you'll be responsible for
- Proactively monitor and respond to HR enquiries via ServiceNow, delivering timely and high-quality support
- Prepare employee contracts, variations, and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain HR systems (including Workday) and employee records, ensuring high levels of data integrity
- Manage employee lifecycle processes end-to-end, from hire to retire
- Triage and escalate complex queries to the appropriate HR team members where required
- Manage WHS training and bookings as they fall due
- Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and team initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline administration, and enhance the employee experience
About you:
- Currently studying, or recently completed, a degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role is highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Workday or ServiceNow is advantageous
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- A self-starter who takes initiative and looks for better ways of doing things
- Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders professionally
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and willingness to go beyond basic administration
- Passionate about building a career in HR
Working Arrangements
- Sydney CBD and flexibility to work some days from home after initial training
- Part‑time (0.8 FTE) - 4 full days per week or spread across 5 days
