Description
Human Resources GeneralistLHH Recruiting is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with an emphasis on benefits administration for a direct hire position with our client in Phoenix, AZ The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's recruiting programs, onboarding new hires, maintain the learning management system (LMS), as well as assisting in other HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the LMS content, uploading new courses for employees, as well as monitor and provide feedback on the effectiveness of employee training and development courses provided.
- Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding benefit options, plan provisions, and claims procedures.
- Assist in other HR-related functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR-related reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on learning and development.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
