Description

The Lake Washington School District Human Resources Department is designed to be a strategic partner to building and department leaders, so they are supported in creating spaces where adults thrive so that students thrive. The Director of Human Resources: Staffing and Operations will further the district's mission through the development, implementation and communication of clear and consistent human resources practices that demonstrate respect for staff and support for student learning. This position provides oversight for certificated and classified staffing data across the district, the substitute office, and HRIS processes and information.

Requirements

• Any combination or experience and education commensurate to the guidelines described below will be considered.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) degree with course work in human resources, education , or a related field required.
• Three (3) years' experience at a managerial level preferred or experience that provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and ability required to perform the work.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience as a school administrator with experience working in employee relations or human resources functions in a Washington state public education setting.
