ABOUT THIS OUTSTANDING CAREER OPPORTUNITY
- Critical Access Hospital
- Reports to the VP of Operations
- Provides oversight of all Human Resource functions, including recruitment, retention, employee benefits, workforce growth and development, policy development, employee relations, and personnel information management
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Develops and implements HR policies and programs that align with organizational goals and promote a positive work environment
- Partners with department leaders to address workforce planning, performance improvement, and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversees employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with fairness and consistency
- Drives initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization
- Utilizes HRIS systems to maintain accurate records, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making

Requirements
EXPERIENCE | EDUCATION | LICENSURE | CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three (3) years of management/supervisory experience
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, FLSA, EEOA, workers’ compensation, and unemployment insurance
- Experience working in a rural health care setting or a Critical Access Hospital preferred
- Prior Human Resources certification from HRCI or SHRM a plus
