Bucknell University seeks a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the Office of Human Resources through a period of renewal. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder and operator who can stabilize the team, sharpen service delivery, and implement a redesigned operating model.
The University has recently completed a culture and climate assessment and is redesigning the HR function in response. The CHRO will inherit a clear roadmap and a mandate to execute it, working in close partnership with the President and senior leadership. Select strategic and board-facing responsibilities are retained at the cabinet level, allowing the CHRO to concentrate on building a stable, responsive, and trusted function.
