Company Overview

Of Color, Inc. is a female-owned 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded on the belief that people "of all colors" can achieve economic growth and contribute to society when given access to community resources and opportunity. We bring H.O.P.E. — Healing, Opportunity, Prosperity, and Empowerment — to populations who are too often overlooked.

Our goal is to impact 3,000 individuals across under-resources and forgotten Chicagoland communities by 2030, serving 400 people each year through workforce, intensive case management with housing referrals, and supportive service programs.
