A day in the life.
As our Senior Human Resources Generalist on the HR team, you'll deliver outstanding customer service to colleagues, support and lead colleague engagement, and proactively partner with managers in assigned departments to address performance concerns, investigate complaints, and advise leadership on appropriate resolutions. You will also play a key role in the administration of annual compensation planning, including market surveys and salary range adjustments.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
High School Diploma
Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience
Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Bachelor's degree in related field
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SPHR)

The applicable base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000
