The Opportunity: Head of HR

Reporting to the President and CEO, University Partnerships North America (UPNA), the Head of Human Resources is the most senior human resources leader in the UPNA division (Canada and the US) and a member of the North American Leadership Team (NALT), comprising the CEO and five direct reports. The North America divisional team includes full time (120) and instructional staff of approximately 150 at any one time in Canada and is poised for rapid growth over the next five years. The Head of Human Resources also is involved with the Regional HR team in the hiring of staff overseas.

As the NALT team is located across multiple North American campuses, the Head of Human Resources can be based in any province in Canada within the Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones.

In addition to a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a Master’s degree and additional professional accreditation are valued.
