Summary

The Role

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include payroll/compensation, colleague retention, employee relations, colleague on-boarding, recognition, benefits, leadership development and training. This position will report to the Human Resources Director. This person must have the ability to run an efficient office in the Director's absence.

Qualifications

- Excellent employee relations skills and the ability to resolve conflict in a positive manner
- Hotel Union and labor relations experience a plus
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- M ust be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- 2 or more years of Human Resources Management (in a Hotel/Resort) preferred
- Experience in HRIS and Payroll Dimensions/Kronos preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual English-Spanish Required
