This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced human resources professional who can confidently lead both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate exercises sound judgment in employee relations matters, policy interpretation, organizational planning, and talent decisions, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where professionalism, attention to detail, and responsive communication are essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage core human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, leave administration, and performance management
- Advise managers and employees on workplace matters, interpret policies and employment laws, and implement practical solutions that foster a positive and compliant work environment
- Develop and execute talent strategies focused on attracting, retaining, developing, and engaging high-performing employees
- Oversee HR programs, systems, policies, training, and workforce initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and long-term success

This position is located in Roseville, CA, and is full time, 40 hours per week, with hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. Flexible work hours might be available.
