Boutique law firm in the heart of Sydney's CBD recruiting an HR Manager Your new company We're working with a boutique law firm in the heart of Sydney with a close-knit team of 20 staff. Known for its corporate and commercial expertise, the firm has a strong, long-established record of serving a broad range of clients, from family-owned to large businesses and individuals. The firm is now looking for someone to take the reins of its HR function.
Your new role This is a permanent, part-time HR leadership role (3 days per week), reporting directly to the firm's founder. You'd be responsible for leading the people strategy across the business, with three direct reports in administrative roles. The scope is broad - recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, policy development and HRIS implementation. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy and variety in a professional services setting.
What you'll need to succeed This role will suit an experienced HR Generalist whose confident operating independently and enjoys working closely with senior leadership. Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in professional services or legal environments
Strong generalist HR experience across the full employee lifecycle
Solid understanding of local employment legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
HRIS implementation experience
