- Structural Welder - $26-$30/hr, M-F Day Shift
Description
Adecco is assisting a local client in Millville, NJ, in their search for an experienced Structural Fabricator/Welder. This is an onsite position, Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, with optional overtime on Saturdays, paying between $26 - $30/Hour. If you meet the qualifications below, apply now!
Responsibilities
• Read and understand shop drawings and layout stairs and rails accordingly.
• Determine the most efficient fabrication method based on shop drawings.
• Set up components for welding according to shop drawings and specifications.
• Operate hand tools and shop equipment to prepare the parts for welding and assembly.
• Align and fit up components accurately and according to shop drawings.
• Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
• Inspect final assemblies for accuracy prior to shipping.
Skills
• Proven experience in miscellaneous and structural fabrication
• Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.
• Experience in using common shop fabrication equipment such as ironworkers, saws, mag drills, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and shop drawings.
• Willingness to adhere to company safety policies
• Steel Fabrication: 5 years (Required)
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
