Description
Production Lead – Manufacturing
$20.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee and support daily production operations. This role leads the shift to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule goals are met while serving as the right-hand to the Production Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead shift productivity, quality, and schedule attainment
Coordinate daily production and employee rotation
Monitor and operate machinery safely (Lock-Out/Tag-Out required)
Train and mentor employees; support positive team culture
Provide coverage for breaks and absences
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards
Back up the Production Supervisor as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience (leadership preferred)
Forklift certification required (minimum 1 year experience preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude, leadership, and communication skills
Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Stand 8–12 hours on concrete
Lift up to 50 lbs
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
