- Material Handler - $20/hr, 7am-3:30pm, Temp-to-Hire
Description
Seeking a reliable Material Handler to support machining and fabrication operations for our Waterbury client. $ 20 hr – 7am – 3:30pm – Temp-to-Hire
This role focuses on staging materials, moving product through production, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick, stage, and move materials based on production schedules
· Inspect materials using measurement tools
· Complete basic job paperwork and record usage
· Perform cycle counts and organize inventory
· Assist with basic machining prep (saws, sanders)
· Transport materials throughout facility
· Follow safety procedures and support production areas
Qualifications
· Manufacturing or machining experience preferred
· Basic computer and math skills
· Ability to read manufacturing documentation
· Experience with measurement tools (e.g., micrometers)
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
· Forklift certification a strong plus
Location – Waterbury, CT
Hours – 7am – 3:30pm

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
