Human Resources Specialist (New York, NY) Antelope Enterprise Holdings USA Inc. - Analyze HR data using financial modeling, statistics, and data mining; create data visualizations and dashboards to support HR initiatives. Forecast workforce needs and develop strategic staffing plans. Develop and execute data-driven talent acquisition and retention plans. Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations. Must have a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations, Business Analytics, or related field. Must have a minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources or related field, including experience with full-cycle recruitment process, payroll handling data analysis, and data visualization. Must have the following skills: Business analytics (report data to be analyzed using Microsoft Suite or Google Workspace); Data Visualization (Using tools such as Tableau and Canva), Marketing (Presenting with PPT, storytelling and communications skills, market research and analytics, social media marketing, digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn talent insights required). 30% domestic and international travel will be required. $96,000 yr.
