Field Sales Representative
Location: Yonkers, NY (Home-based, daily check-ins at warehouse)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Minimum 40+ hours/week; must be available for on-call needs

Adecco is partnering with a customer-focused company in the food service industry, committed to quality, reliability, and building lasting relationships. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our territory and be the trusted face of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
· Be the face of the company: build trust and strong relationships with customers.
· Serve as salesperson, problem solver, and go-to resource for customer needs.
· Achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
· Conduct customer visits, calls, and email communications to grow accounts.
· Collect accounts receivable as needed, coordinating with finance and management while maintaining customer relationships.
· Track and report daily metrics and performance results.
Qualifications
· Self-starter with a competitive, sales-driven personality.
· High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent food industry experience preferred.
· Excellent sales, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
· Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
· Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, ability to be insured and bonded.
· Minimum 2+ years of successful outside sales or tangible food service experience.
· Must reside within easy commute of assigned territory and Yonkers warehouse.
Note: This is a home-based outside sales position. Employees must report daily to the Yonkers Warehouse for check-ins and manage customer visits throughout the territory.
Pay Details: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
