Fantastic opportunity for a Senior ER Specialist My client is seeking a highly skilled professional to provide strategic guidance and technical expertise on complex employee and industrial relations matters. This pivotal role will shape and support people strategies while fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Guidance: Deliver high-level advice and support to the business on complex employee and industrial relations issues.
• Policy Development: Design, implement, and maintain relevant policies, standards, procedures, and systems aligned with broader HR and business strategies.
• Change Management: Contribute to organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective workforce engagement.
• Compliance Oversight: Partner with HR colleagues to ensure adherence to Enterprise Agreements and all relevant legislative requirements
• Employee Relations: Support HR teams, managers, and employees in promoting compliance, enhancing employee performance, and maintaining positive workplace relations.
• Industrial Harmony: Champion initiatives that strengthen collaboration between the business and employees, fostering a culture of respect and trust.

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in employee and industrial relations within complex organisations.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and enterprise agreements.
• Ability to influence, advise, and partner with stakeholders at all levels.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role which offers a competitive package with a salary up to $164,000 plus Super.
