We're seeking an Electrical Controls Panel Assembler to help build and wire high-quality control panels that support a wide range of automated systems. Whether you prefer four 10-hour shifts or a traditional 8-hour schedule, there's flexibility to fit your lifestyle. We're seeking an Electrical Controls Panel Assembler to help build and wire high-quality control panels that support a wide range of automated systems. Whether you prefer four 10-hour shifts or a traditional 8-hour schedule, there's flexibility to fit your lifestyle. What You'll Be Doing:
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Assembling and wiring control panels, including components such as receptacles, transformers, and push-button boxes
- Using hand and power tools to drill, tap, and mount electrical parts
- Maintaining accuracy, quality, and efficiency on every project
- Keeping your workspace organized and safe
- Completing assignments to meet customer and project specifications
What's in It for You:
- Pay: $17.75/hour
- Shift Options: Flexible start times (5 AM or 7 AM) with your choice of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts
- Weekly pay and potential for long-term or permanent placement based on performance
- Referral bonuses: $100 for every friend you refer, plus an extra $25 when they're referred through WSI
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical wiring or assembly
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics (preferred)
- Basic English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools such as drills, saws, and wire cutters
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to work occasional overtime
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
