Production Worker I – Blow Molding| 8-Hour Shifts |
Starting at $15.00 per hour with shift Differential 8-Hour Shifts
We are hiring a Production Worker I to join our blow molding team on 3rd shift. This position is responsible for assembling plastic products safely and efficiently while ensuring high quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products and receive parts from machinery
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
Perform basic testing, packaging, and rework as needed
Report non-conforming products to leadership
Maintain a clean and safe work environment (5S standards)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
6–12 months manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Physical Requirements:
Stand 8–12 hours on concrete
Lift up to 50 lbs
Tolerate repetitive motion and varying temperatures

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
