Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: Starting at $24/hour + Sign-on/Retention Bonus up to $1,500 ($750 at 6 months and $750 at 1 year)
Experience/Education: Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Aide training program.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Day Shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm
Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a CNA to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record patients' vital signs.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures as needed.
- Ensure patients' rooms are clean and organized.
- Follow established treatment plans to help patients reach their healthcare goals.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff.
Position Requirements:
- Current Hawaii certification as a Certified Nurse Aide.
- Current CPR & First Aid certification.
- 2-step TB clearance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
